Lillian M. Heins, 105, of Lincoln, IL., passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Vonderleith Nursing Home in Mt. Pulaski, IL.
Lillian was born December 3, 1918, near Altamont, IL., the daughter of Albert and Ida (Leppin) Haseley. She married Walter F. Heins on June 16, 1946, In Lincoln, IL. He preceded her in death on April 20, 1996. Lillian is survived by her daughter Nancy (Heins) Wyner of Lincoln, IL., two grandsons: Jonathan Andrew Wyner of Lincoln, IL., and Adam Lewis Wyner (Samantha) of San Francisco, CA, granddaughter Heather Marie (Heins) Hartung (Graham); two great grandchildren Wolfric Hartung and Gretel Hartung.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers: Wilbert, Arthur, Vernon, and Melvin, sister Velma, son Robert W. Heins, grandson Matthew Heins, and granddaughter Amanda Louise Heins.
Lillian was a life long member of Zion Lutheran Church in Lincoln, IL., very active in the Ladies Aid Society and the Rug Group. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gard
