Thomas Clifton Sawicki, 62, of Lincoln, passed away December 5, 2024. Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home. A memorial visitation will be held from 1-3 on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the funeral home with a memorial service following at 3 PM. Casual dress is requested.
Tom was born September 11, 1962, in Peoria, IL., the son of Francis S. "Frank" Sawicki and Joelle Dell (Manuel) Sawicki. He married Jennifer Kelly Booth on August 18, 2000. Tom graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 1981. He worked in the automotive industry for many years. Later in life, he was an over the road truck driver and traveled around all of the lower 48 states. He told many stories about seeing the wonders of the nation. He had most recently driven for Davis Brothers Trucking to enjoy more time with family. He was passionate about the outdoors, and seeing the beauty of the wilderness.
