He is the son of Gary and Janet Hawkins and was born on March 1, 1972.Perry leaves behind his son, Blake, Galesburg; parents, Gary and Janet Hawkins, McLean; brothers, Alex Hawkins (Jennifer), McLean and Matt (Jenny) Hawkins, Springfield; nieces, Rylee Hawkins and baby Charlotte arriving in June. Additionally, he is survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.Perry is predeceased by his son, Zachary, his maternal grandparents, Donald and Betty Slupianek and paternal grandparents, George and Toni Hawkins.He graduated from Olympia High School and was employed at Bridgestone Firestone for 20 years.Perry loved the Steelers, long car drives and loud rock music, ketchup and cheese placed on all foods, and dining out as often as he could. He was right 99.9% of the time and reminded his Mom of this often
