Michael Joseph Matthew Varboncoeur, 69, of Lincoln, passed away March 23, 2025 at Memorial Medical Center.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 11 AM at Full Gospel Evangelistic Center. Burial will be Monday, April 7, 2025 at 12 Noon at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
Michael was born November 7, 1955, in Bloomington, IL., the son of Dewey and Martha Jane (Bailey) Varboncoeur. He married Rebecca O'Laughlin on February 8, 1993. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Survivors include his wife Rebecca Varboncoeur; children: Donna Varboncoeur, Mariah Sanders, Julie Sanders,Jeremiah Sanders, Joshua Varboncoeur, and Jordan Varboncoeur. Several grandchildren and brothers Ray Embery and Roscoe Embery as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and fiends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Ike Varboncoeur.
